And from that came the idea for a restaurant where fresh, delicious, wholesome food is cooked to order, the first Cook Door branch in Safir Square, Heliopolis, 1988. Whether it’s our hand-breaded, signature Super Crunchy Chicken Sandwich, or Friskes Fries, Cook Door has given guests something to rave about since the start.

Cook Door brings passion to the dining experience, which is reflected in every aspect of our restaurant operations, tangible in the quality of our ingredients, in the composition of each sandwich, in the warm smiles of each member of our staff, and recently, in the feel of the place! You see a smile or a frown and you automatically commit it to memory, but where exactly is what we’re concerned about. We want Cook Door to be in that happy place in your head. A frown will definitely end on your blacklist! Bad service is way worse than bad food because it’s almost irreparable and inexcusable. You can improve the food you serve, but you cannot improve people’s attitudes. Therefore, we handpick our staff, and as an extra measure we train them to be their most welcoming and courteous self. We monitor them closely and take customer complaints very seriously.

Hospitality is something everyone at Cook Door holds near and dear to their hearts. We make sure every customer who comes to Cook Door feels welcomed and leaves happy. You see it when a staff member holds open the door for you or bids you a smiley “Goodbye.
